What are IBJ lke in trading?

I have a 3 month work placement next year in the Industrial Bank of Japan, does anybody knwo what their reputation is like in sales and trading? How large are the trading volumes there do they pay top traders well? Are they respected in currency trading, is this a big area for them? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Will someone please help with the above question I am just wandering what Industrial Bank of Japans reputation is like? How good are they in trading how young will they let me trade is it an entreupeneurial atmosphere is there a chance to do well?
