wilmott and linked in both deal with traditional technical analysis techniques as well as more modern mathmatical approaches.

there is also trade2win and traderslaboratory, but they generally see less activity than big mike
 
The tradingblox forums. High signal to noise ratio on that one. (You don't have to buy the software to participate.)
