What are bullet bonds? Someone mentioned them as being a good trade

Hi

I hate titles like the one i posted but I'm a total novice to bonds and bond trading. I'm with interactive brokers....in a trading room I'm in someone mentioned "bullet bonds" and how well suited they were to making some conservative risk money.

Can someone give me some pointers on it? How do you trade them? what symbol they are? thanks
