What annual Reward-Risk-Ratio is achievable with pure Price Action Trading (without any indicators), especially on Forex (say 20:1 or too unrealistic) ? Second, which are good online (learnin) resources for Price Action Trading on Forex only ? Last, what would you say, how much time is needed to learn this (minimum) ?

If you traded it in 2008, and Sep 2022, then the RR ratio could be very high.
In 2008, the RR ratio was in terms of hundreds.
Most of the time, the RR ratio tends to be rather low.
Which good online resources?
As far as I know, none.
But if you want online resources from professional writers and newbie traders,
there are millions of them out there.
How long to learn?
A few decades to infinitely.

Record your start date and time to summarize a short post on three simple PA signals include criteria and screenshot examples. You game?
You cannot do it and cannot read Price Action. Otherwise when you say that a few hundred RRR have been possible lately in September 2022, why you have not made your $100 million so far ? You are trading for decades now and you have not made $ 10 million at least, but you are trading only the most liquid futures contracts. So you have a problem reading charts, otherwise you must have much bigger pockets. What is your problem ? You have no good working strategy ? That is I would say.
If that is what you wish to do, and you have taken at least some time to follow the price action you refer to, then you would be able to answer your own question better than anyone else.
How can anyone tell you what you can hope to do? It's a bit like asking how far or how high you can hope to jump if you trained for it, and how long will you have to train.
