What animal represents an indecisive, flat market?

Dear Peeps,

We all know that a Bull market means trending up; a Bear market, trending down.

What animal represents a market that's not really going anywhere? One that's sorta flat, and just wandering within a relatively narrow band, seemingly forever?

A sheepish market maybe? Sloth market? Marmot market?

Thanks,
Keith :^)
Seeing as how the market is an ecosystem of sorts, it might prove useful to also determine who and what you are in the scheme of things.

What animal represents an indecisive, flat market?

What else?

Bulls, Bears....and Elephants for a flat or indecisive market. -- but it has to be a B letter animal though...maybe a Boar market...:vomit:

I can't imagine...we would ever hear a news reporter saying: "Folks, we are in the worst Boar market since 1900..."

Yes to Boar market!!!!! You nailed it!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Elephant no, it brings to mind the Republican party.. and this is NOT the P&R forum.

... Boar market is genius! Not only does it neatly fit right in between Bear and Bull (even alphabetically!) but I love the double play on a "Bore" of a market.

@lawrence-lugar I'll be sure to tip you next time I get some great info.
