No, I wasn't insinuating that management was doing anything wrong or improper in this case. It just seems to be somewhat heavy handed, especially since seniors are the fastest growing segment of the workforce (or so I've read). But I guess heavy handedness fairly describes today's workplace.

I generally think it's ridiculous to expect your workers to remain upright for hours at an end and not provide them with a chair.
