WFC

I have my monthly living money in a debit account at WFC. A couple of years ago I went in to make some changes to my account and the girl I talked to tried to get me to agree to a change I didn't really want. I refused the change but lo and behold I found out the next month that she had made the change without my authorization.

I presume she got something out of it and I found that the change was OK with me so I didn't complain. Now I would have had to sign an authorization for that change which I DID NOT DO and I presume she forged my sig to get the change through.

I just let it ride but it told me to be VERY CAREFUL in dealing with WFC and double check what they are doing. Otherwise its a pretty efficient bank and I like what I get from them. Just don't turn your back.

I used to bank with B of A but their service was really bad. Switched over to WFC and actually like their service. However, their banker/teller always tried to sell me some other services when I visited the local branch.
