nravo - so what in your opinion are the biggest negatives for someone to live part of the time in south Florida these days (Boca or south to Miami....this area)....thanks!

I'm in my late 20's and moved from San Diego to South Florida. If your choice is between CA and FL, trust me, go with CA.
