Were S&P futures really up 48?

I woke up at 7:55 with the radio saying Dow futures were up 490 and S&P futures were up 48. Now I see the 8:02 quote saying Dow futures are up 126 and S&P futures are up 21. Did they really suddenly tank, or was the radio station full of crap?
