we'll see 1102 tomorrow

You certainly get a lot of mileage off of a thread that wasn't even started by you in the first place.

Time to bow out, dude!

:)

I could post another 100 posts on this thread, and I wouldn't have scratched the surface of what you do on MY threads. Turnabout is fair play here NVS.

I've offset 1/2 the position here at 1105.50, YM at 10157 -- converted the rest to a synthetic straddle, neutral delta at 1105.

Nice. Great call, Arb. Did you go with April or May for the puts?

When push came to shove JS insisted on anonymity for the audited-performance wager... I have the PMs in my inbox.

JS now on ignore, along with his other recent aliases.

How convenient top place me on ignore, a rather pathetic way to escape the $50K bet.

Did you ever think that any PM I send you is just me pulling your chain?

Actually I sold Apr calls to effect the synthetic(long*1 spot//short*2C) -- increased my YM short backspread here in trading the 9700//10100 at 10x25 ratio at even money. I went long some add'l delta in the YM since I am now neutral on my ES and SPX position at 1105.

If we break 1098 on the ES I will get flat delta on the combined positions -- shorting ES and YM futures.

Oh, my bad. Thought you meant long synthetic. Skews still holding up nicely on the put ratio?

Gee, Romeo, I didn't realize you followed my postings so slavishly. I don't know whether I find that flattering or creepy.

try not to hurt your arm patting yourself on the ass.

I remember all the idiots who went on record before any primary saying it was a great bet at 4/5 to bet on Dean. Quite possibly the dumbest wager i've ever heard. One thing i've learned in the betting world is that you better get good odds--and under even money ain't what i'm referring to--when you bet on an unknown event with an unproven candidate.

I certainly can see why you pretended it wasn't you. nice try.
