Weird trade on a certain stock....

I have been watching a certain stock over the past couple months. I actually bought in @ .30 for 15000. On Friday, it opened at .585 and over the day it rose to a high of .90 with the last trade before @ .89. Then at what seems to me to be 5min after trading, a trade for 184100 shares went thru @ .728. This is concerning me as I have never seen something like this before. The stock is trading on pink sheets. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Can anyone explain this?
 
pinks sheets can print any price they want at anytime on any stock

I think you might want to know more about the pink sheets before you try trading them, but hey good luck
 
So where can I learn a little more on pink sheets?
Referring to my above comments, Is this a common situation? Why did this trade occur? Can anyone put a logical explanation on it?
