ICE in control atm although it was so blatant in WTI a few weeks ago I think they must have been asked to tone it down somewhat.

Hey CME; instead of rewarding LMM'ers with such advantages... Why not make it a bit cheaper for retail to trade, huh?

CL contract is just used as a risk disposal endpoint for ICE commercials. IMHO. That's fair enough, isn't it? If there's risk to take: let's take it on... and if there isn't; then it can just go higher, right ? :-)
