weird OCD feeling when writing and moving objects...

i get this weird thing where if , say a cereal box, i push it into a cupboard, but then i feel the absolute need to pull it back a little , if not i feel weird!
same thing happens when writing,i feel the need the rotate the all of the pen to kind of 'scrape' the other movement away.

i'm weird; anyone else have this'? hard to explain

More...

probably better off to resist doing those things and deal with the weird feeling now while you still are aware. After 2,231 times of moving the cereal box, it will become a habit and you might get full blown OCD.
 
well im still in school, so i write every day,and i take economics, which is even more writing....

plus i eat a lot of cereal
 
I like cereal for breakfast. I never gave much thought as to where I should place the box afterward though.
