Hi OracleWizard,

I spent much of the day trying to figure out how to get TS to talk to Ninja.

I reread your post and wanted to ask if you have a suggestion on a better front end?

Maybe you should try it. Also, ignore some of these posters, they don't understand what we do in that we analyze our strategies to improve our performance going forward if something does not work out.

$200 per month??? Maybe years ago ... now the luxury condo and mansion in shanghai are more expensive than those in NYC.

as an economics graduate .. If JN really can afford to live 17k a month, i would said he's doing a favor to the economy recovery... During recession..the Taiwan, Hong Kong and China gave $voucher to their citizen ... ask them to spend go shopping help the economy to recover lol.

You have a wonderful wife... just curious ... is your wife still working?? working fullt-time or part-time? who's looking after your 3boys huh?

Hi Robert, I would think TS has its own front end. Can you connect it to IB or put more money in a TS account and use it to trade stocks?

I know TS has a bracket order system like Ninja since I used to use it to trade futures.

Also, I heard some people have moved from TS to Multicharts including I think my mentor since all the TS code works in Multicharts.

I know what you mean, Nicholas Cage just called me up, and he is having problems living on just $ 150,000 per month, complaining he had to sell some of his castles. I then explained that Jnorty only lives on $ 17,000/month, and he laughed and asked how can he even afford to feed his kids.

I believe I was not clear enough.

I said I could show him people in China that work jobs under conditions many in the states would not want to do for $200 or less per month. I believe I can and China is bigger than Shanghai or Beijing or some other "wealthy" cities.

Yes there are many rich people in China and some real estate is very valuable but that is not how most live in China (although changing as wealth moves from places where they play video games to places that make the video games......

I went into my office yesterday morning and came home about two hours ago.

I am one tired guy. I spent much of the time time working on trying to get Tradestation to talk to NinjaTrader so that I could get automated trading working.

I can say that I had some level of success and for a the total amount of time into it I probably made a lot of progress by many accounts.

I am at the point where I think I can have code running in a tradestation chart send an order to ninja but from radar screen it wants to double up each order. Doesn't seem to pass order status very well or orderID as the ID never matched in well over a hundred and maybe two hundred runs.

Ninja has a ways to go but shows a lot of promise and I will add that I wrote several emails to the ninja forums about issues I was running into and I received replies back today. Very impressive Ninja

I think it is funny how thisw thread hast urned to more important things liek talking about me .. rather than looking att the facts... tradign is a tough business and it obvioulsy is not a good career choice for robert W.

I am glad you blew yourself out again ... becasue it will save you.. your family and your friends from having to see you destroy yourself with hard weork every month and year to just end up losing money.

Look at this as a blessing. When you are an attorney... you can lose a case but you still get paid... pretty nice huh..

P.S. i actually do not think Robert W. even trades or ever did trade a real account... if u did i feel badly you lost a lot of money .. but if you did not .. kudos for getting people to follow someone.. on absolutley no factual info to back up anything... including you going to law school.. lol..

Anyway thats what is hilarious about ET. People get so bent our of shape over stuff when all reality no one knows who or what they are talking too!!!!!!!
