I am holding some PPC and it was halted. so hopefully we will see it bounce back tomorrow. - 95

VRTX scalped but not well - 1594

PPC was halted yesterday. started out in premarket around $3 a share down a bit more than half. I called this premarket correctly that it was the most scarred and buying would be the right thing to do. I did buy up a few shares but being in unknown territory caused me to take pause and keep the powder dry for the most part.

PPC did open much higher than premarket at around 4.10ish. Traded it all day back and forth and during the start of the last hour I thought I would be getting out near or a little bit less than BE. during the last half hour the price started dropping and my good friend Nod told me that it was just down graded by SnP. My first thought was that was good news and as the stock fell I started buying it up again.

I was able to pick up some shares at lower prices and as the stock moved back up off the lows of the last hour I started fading the move up. As I write this post I am near my BE point. It appears that anyone that wanted to get out did in fact get out so that should make for an interesting day tomorrow. while the number looks horrible had I tried to just simply close out without trading it I would have been down about 16-18K depending on how well I was able to get out. - 7524

Was scalping WM last night when during aftermarket trading it was halted due to the FDIC taking it over. As the Feds usually take over banks on a Friday I thought I would be ok. I was not. Opened back up today much lower and I dumped what I had. No flat with WM - 4000

Scalped WB (much the same way as WM) and kept it very small and careful in case it was halfted + 1397

Traded VRTX again today - 624

Still closing out PPC and trying to trade it. volume died and so did pricing so I was not able to scalp much out of it today. dumped most of it during the close so I would not have hold so much on monday - 1349

Scalped NCC + 987

closed out 4 of 5 IBKR which was halted today. this is my four halt this month and I can say that I dont feel like I want anymore. This was the only actual halt where I thought the chances of good news was better than bad news as the price on the chart did not reflect bad news coming out but the price was getting beat up like it was a bank. I wont say I was sure of what IBKR but I did think the odds suggested it. + 154

Still short VRTX and comfortable with that over the weekend. Otherwise most of IBKR and PPC has been flushed out of the account. Should be a better week next week

I will be a lot more happy when the short ban is lifted.

If I can figure out how to profit from the losing trades in the future it will be worth it

Spent all day Sunday going over charts and backtesting. One thing of many to come out of it was a change in mind over PPC

While I was long PPC going into today I had a change of mind in it and committed to selling what I had and shorting it. Basically a complete reversal. I was able to sell my shares near the high at 3.70 each and tried to short but IB didnt have any shares available. Turned into good timing as PPC continued to fall further down. - 80

Closed out of the short with VRTX and scalped it most of the day. + 2481

Appears the market is set to open higher.

I will be looking to fade as nothing has changed except the specialists looking to unload all the stock they had to buy at the close yesterday
