Honestly keeping a notebook of my trades and thoughts at the time was one of the steps that turned me into a profitable trader.
Keeping the notebook organized was the hard thing.
Not a bad day. Oil which is supposed to be on its way to 150 dropped again today to the 122 level.
This of course is good for my covered CVX short that is DITM. There is only about 40 cents prem on the jun 100 puts which i wrote.
I had a couple of day trades
MCO + 408
HAS + 802
both S:6b
some scalping
VRSN + 83
CHKP + 24
FFIV + 24
EQIX + 14
+ 1354 for the day
+ 8285 for the week/month
+ 49248 for the year

Well its Sunday night and I decided to close out QM with a small profit.
+ 178 for what I closed out tonight and about + 700 for the total QM trades.
I really feel that it was overdone on Friday and QM has more downside for Monday. What keeps me from holding is that I think QM shorts have a huge underestimated geopolitical risk that I no longer wish to face.
