Yes I have to agree to a large degree. the band is looking older(so am I) and it would not surprise me if this was the last tour.

This is of course offset by my ability to get a great seat and that I know the music so much better.

Market started out with a slight gain.

As it turns out I was not able to overcome the earlier losses this month. In a real way I do feel good about the month and how I was able to bring the account back up. The Quarter is ending nicely and I am happy about that.

I scalped AMLN at the open for a small amount. Was a fast trade that I entered into and immediately started to fall.

AMLN GU, + 365

Next trade of the day was with SYNA. I started tracking it when my warning signal came alive with it and at first it did not appear that it would be tradable as it quickly fell after giving the warning. A while later it started to make its move upward and both of my over bought signals alarmed.

SYNA B6, H, + 1751

WPI came on my radar and it was screeming up and moving fast. I didn’t know at the time what the news was but knew there was news on it. It appeared to be a take over stock the way it moved up so fast. I did find out while in the trade short that the price jump was due to chatter that the company received a good court ruling. I treated this news as good to be short and proceeded to short more shares. I scalped some shares to get my average price higher and to lower risk so my profit level was not as high as it could have been. All in all a good trade.

WPI H, B6, + 2662

NTES went into an overbought area for a swing trade today. I put out some offers for the APL 30 Calls

short NTES APL 30 Calls @ .30

NTES B6, H (unqual), + 570

STP DS, + 62

SYK DS, + 12

Yes you want to go. We saw them a couple of weeks back, it was great. You never know how long they will be around for especially if Stevie starts with the nose candy again. They are not pushing a new CD so they played all of there old songs with two encores to top it off. Good luck.

Hello Mnphats,

oh now you had to go and say all that.....LOL

I totally agree about the CD. Kinda glad that they are just playing the old stuff. Makes me want to see them more than if they had some crappy new stuff that I don't even know....

Well, I gotta make another 3500 this week to even think about it. Its a bigger challenge than it appears as 10K is a very good week for me......

Today started out about as uneventful as they come. With the spoos down and half of Asia down I surely did not expect much of a day today.

I did my standard scan of gapping up stocks and did find three that I was interested in. I ended up sca;;ing all three and was able to build some trading volume with a couple of them.

ASH GU, ended up trading this one all day long back and forth. Was able to get some volume with this even if the gain was not that big. + 511

JKHY GU, + 437

HMC GU, + 194

About an hour into the trading day I noticed that the spoos turned positive and things started to look hopefull. I received my first trading signal with CREE and at first it moved right up to but did not cross the point that I would start to short it. After a short period of time it just touched my first offer and it was lifted making that one the HOD and then quickly moved back down about 10 cents. I was thinking that I might be at the HOD but I didn’t really get any shares off. It was able to make another fast move up and I was able to get a decent amount of shares short and it then moved straight down. it moved within two cents of my first bid to cover and then started to climb again. CREE finally fell and I was able to get a nice trade for the day.

First day into the BYD trade and thats already going well. both BYD and LVS are up today.
