Excusing this behavior is no different that the neo-cons minimizing and poo pooing the economic carnage the financial institutions have brought upon us. No, he didn't break any laws. All he has done is set a new standard for these guys have no shame.
I don't expect perfection, but I'd like to think our leadership has something more to offer than sending pictures of their f'n dick all around the cyber world. What we have is a perfect example of setting the bar so low there's little point in having elections at all.
BTW, where's the outrage from the feminists? Some guy in the private sector pulls this stunt they'd be all over his ass to resign.
