I don't know who Pastor Ted is and I don't care to. He probably snuck in from the Left.
He is referring to all the priests molesting boys.....in the name of jesus
That was not my intent, although there certainly is that repugnant element among the self-righteous religiots. Ted Haggard was a closeted gay pastor who spoke out vehemently against homosexuality until it was discovered he was doing drugs with his prostitute boyfriend.

Molesters come from all walks of life. I would wager 99.9%+ of them do not come from people who are religious.
