Why didn't anybody do it then? And actually (just to keep it real), its far easier to build a new building from the ground up than it is to undertake and renovate a project like that. What he did there was impressive.Not at all, buying up prime government real estate on the cheap and refurbishing or rebuilding it to look like every other building doesn't take talent at all considering it was his family business and got an easy start.
Starting from the bottom and building a business that has long term value is what I would consider a success, good businessman don't have to diversify into running petty scams like this guy. If you are so good at buildings, what's the point of a scam university?
