Popular vote is not the answer and it's very dangerous. If popular voting were to be used, all the candidate has to do is concentrate only on urban areas, like California and a few other states. He doesn't have to care about the countryside folks. He only has to come up with policies that benefit the urban folks.

Is there a link or something that explains how to do this? Is it possible to download apps for a phone to a PC and then load them into a phone?
