Yes, I had those issues yesterday. It was fixed by rebooting my mobile device. We are dealing with late-90s programming technology here.

This could be some kind of software problem or configuration failure, for the future - if this happens, the first thing to do is to contact your broker to inform them that you can only log into your account through one device, maybe it's mass-produced and then the company will need to deal with this issue faster in order to provide its clients with the opportunity to trade. By the way, this is a great way to check how your broker treats his name and his clients and this will allow you to assess whether you should continue to trade with the company or not.
