I sometimes lack basics of physical trading to understand the ag markets.

Is there a website which displays the basics of world agricultural trade like ,per commodity and per year, world production, export availability, end of crop carry over, biggest importer, exporter...

From an ags trader's standpoint, world reference for agriculture fundamentals is USDA's data.

The agency updates its SD balance sheets on a monthly basis.

These data are published in several USDA reports:

It is worth digging in the USDA's webportal. There is almost anything one needs to trade fundamentals (weather, agronomy, trade, fundamentals, regulatory framework, ...).
