Website domain question?

Figured I throw this out there, I have a trading journal site and am looking to switch to a new domain. The domain name that I am looking to purchase is available, Although the name itself has a trademark (TM) on it by another financial company. The company did not trademark the name up until last year. The domain I want was registed years ago. If I purchased this domain can I have legal problems down the road? Would I have to worry about this financial company saying they have a TradeMark on this name and take it from me?
