In the public school system one could easily argue that it is the teachers and school administrators themselves who are guilty of that.

WEll,that certainly worked some in the past, in Boston, NYC.

But not so well in Chicago, a black girl stood up + read the Bible right after the Supreme Court ruled against Bible in school. After she was atrrested severl times but kept doing it ; they gave her space to teach a Bible class.....................................Bible clubs are still in schools

As far as raising taxes, well that has worked in some big cities like Boston, NYC. But too bad for the ACLU, several non profit 1st ammendment Christian law firms that can crush..........................
