Quote from Sandybestdog:
Again nothing you say is true. I have never had 1 pip in slippage with them on market orders. So if they were stop hunting, they would get killed by the massive amount of people hitting their off market quotes.
They donât widen the spreads except at 5pm, Sundaysâs at the opening, and briefly during fast markets. So your argument is flawed. You have no evidence to support it, just theoryâs that arenât practical and donât make sense.
They have one complaint and fine from the NFA and it was for advertising issues. So nothing to do with trading. All the rest of the complaints Iâve heard are from similar people to those on this thread are just mad that they lost money through legitimate means.
lol, your naivety can be excused because you're relatively new to trading and you quite obviously don't understand how bucketshops like FXCM micro operate, but that doesn't excuse your sheer stubbornness in refusing to do some simple research of your own instead of expecting other people to do it for you. If you bothered to Google FXCM you would see literally dozens and dozens of complaints but according to you they're all wrong and you are right, not a good trait for a trader!
It's quite likely you won't experience some of these issues until you start making some consistent gains, shops like FXCM have no need to interfere with traders who are consistently losing money, understandably they just leave them to their own devices (lol ah but wait, I bet you're a consistently profitable trader, right
)Despite having it explained to you it seems you still don't understand the stupidity in your comment about "people hitting their off market quotes", just another example of your ignorance and naivety, but what's worse is you don't seem to want to learn, you know better.
As I see it you can either carry on in blissful ignorance and continue making a fool of yourself, or you can do some research and learn so that next time you get involved in a similar discussion you will be able to make educated comments based on knowledge rather than foolish comments based on wishful thinking and ignorance.
You're the ideal type of client for these shops, they need people like you!
Now why don't you go and do some research, educate yourself, then maybe you could participate in a sensible discussion......or not, it really makes absolutely no difference to me.
Either way, good luck, I'll leave you to chat with your friends about pizza delivering and such
