Gary Miskin (Quest owner I think) really is a stand up guy but unfortunately, unless you trade the same stocks a lot, Quest's $6 per stock daily clearing surcharge (fee, or whatever you call it) really jacks up your effective commission rate.

Once they get Penson Canada to drastically lower or eliminate this fee they'd be my #1 choice if I were trading in Canada.
