We have topped!

It looks like Apple is losing steam and the small caps lagging. I think its that time again...we have topped! It is now time to go to cash. I do not make such calls often and feel like it is now time!

It is time to start preparing...

I see a Dow Cash magnet upstairs, more upside to come, probably next week, but certainly in April.
