I have always been amazed by the fade monkeys who want to fight the market and time the market as contrarian into a strong trend. It's almost like an ego stroking narcissistic thing.
There is no money in timing the market. Really. The risk / reward is just shit.

Dude, I said it weeks ago and it bears repeating: I would expect a correction around 1370ish, but in terms of a "next leg down", please take another bong hit.

A classic characterisitic of the narcississt: the uncanny ability to conceal their own lies by rendering confused anyone disagreeing them.
Cycle, you have willfully organised your calls in such a way as to appear right no matter what anybody sais. Your calls are so vague that you can change the conditions of that call at any moment.
Not sure what the point of the obfuscation is or the motive.
This call is wrong until it's right. It may turn his way within 3 weeks, but it might not. Either way, he'll sit here claiming to have called the turn before it really happens.
It's not narcicism if there was an explanation. But anyone who has disagreed has been accused of being a stalker, which is immature, but if we wanted to ignore that, we know the market has gone up since he made this call but the call was made earlier than the op of this thread made the call when it first appeared.
Its the Hershey syndrome. Jack conceals reality with obfuscation. Cycle conceals reality by completely dismissing anyone who dares to disagree with him, making calls that one can't fully disagree with because the conditions of the call aren't tight.
Trading seems to be a wonderful tool for isolating character flaws.

I trust my models too much. That's my flaw. It's not hubris or ego but total dependence on quantitative methods of statistical analysis I use for capital management arbitrage. No discretion but definitive reliance on numerical calculations and the statistics it produces, the equity curves from bottom left to top right, and no other desire to trade without these analyses.
That is my weakness, but some would also say my greatest strength.
