You may be right but

the market has yet begun to rally.

the first key target is ~13,500.

the second key target is ~14,500

both key targets for this year.

sell offs/retracements are buying opportunities.

look at the last time period of that chart. that is a week that closed on the highs in an uptrend. I'm not saying that your trendlines are wrong, but why would you call a top on a week that closed on the highs in an uptrend, according to that chart?
