This is not true. I went to HS with an ER Dr in NY, they are using it off label and there is a study in NY happening right now. Europe also has a trial going.

I don’t know why you guys tout chloroquine over remdivir either. Both drugs may be useful but for different patients.

This is clinical stuff, rarely is a drug one size fits all. Let the Drs and scientists do their thing.

All of this spreading rumors isn’t good. Try to be patient.

Yes to the antibiotic and the secondary infections.

But just to put a finer point on it, Azithromycin/sp is a bit of an oddball in that it has both antibiotic and antiviral qualities, which is why those who are following the proposed course of treatment use Az rather than just hydroxy plus one of the hundred other antibiotics. It also means that in comparing treatment study outcomes people need to be careful that they are not just doing a mix and match where one study is just hydroxy, another is hydroxy plus azithro, and another is hydroxy plus a azythro plus zinc sulphate or proprionate or whatever. Those are actually three different studies because the success of hydroxy (or lack thereof if it goes that way) is alleged to be a a result of the synergy between all three components. If you remove one, or switch azithro for another antibiotic then the researcher is going down another road and they are comparing apples and oranges.

What I wrote I’ve read, most of what I’m looking at is posted by doctors. So I’m not spreading rumors. While there haven’t been your gold standard trials, the doctors that have used the drug treating covid19 patients are saying very good things.

I’ve read so much regarding covid I quit keeping track of it. Yes their are side effects, and it should be used with the directions of a doctor. But you guys that keep dissing this as a viable choice in treating patients will find yourselves on the wrong side of history.

Plus it’s cheap!

Wrong. Some doctors are saying good things, many other doctors are saying they see no difference or serious side effects.

I am not “dissing” anything Mr. G from the hood. I am saying relax. I am for anything that works. Anything. Doctors aren’t prescribing this stuff in Sweden after using it because they found no benefit and too much side effects because of dosage. They aren’t saying it has no use just they don’t know how to use it. Do you understand that???

Can you tell me what the proper dosage is for a 190 pound male with Covid 19 is? Neither can the doctors.

All the work by all the medical staff? Well no its Trump's juju. A truly ancient con. And hey, the stuff may have some prophylactic effect just, the docs at the hospice here have not worked out what they consider safe beyond the usual weekly dose in combination with a half dozen common drugs they as third world malaria zone experienced docs, know are a bad mix.
