Its true that africans have an average IQ around 70. I remember reading a study about it some 15 years ago. African americans have an average IQ of 85 though, and whites 100, and asians 106. African americans raised by white parents have an average IQ of 99. Just 1 point difference than whites which suggests its not all genetics but education that has a huge role in IQ development. I also believe morality & world view can play a role in IQ development.
Yeah exactly. Imagine what IQ you'd have if you had never gone to school or been tutored/educated, never learned to read & write, or do basic maths. It would probably be a lot lower.
Funny how some people just assume it is caused by race, and not the other glaring differences like poverty, lack of education etc. One could postulate that only someone with a low IQ would jump to such a conclusion
I suggest that you review the twin-adoption studies. Adopted children have an IQ that is far closer to their genetic counterpart than to their adoptive families. The evidence in my opinion is conclusive.
I never said and do not believe racial difference in IQ is 100% genetic. However I do believe that the nature-nurture debate is basically a fraud. The reason is that they are NOT independent issues: Intelligent people are the ones most likely to provide proper nutrition, create a nurturing environment, create a safe, advanced society, etc.
In other words, more intelligent people SHAPE the environment in a way that enhances their natural advantage. Low IQ people damage what little they do have by being malnourished, poor environment, etc.
So, for example just looking at one race: If you took a trailer trash child and put them with a family of college professors, there is little doubt the child's lot in life and intelligence would get a boost. However, he would still (on average) NOT be as intelligent (by a long shot) as the actual children of his adoptive parents. Now take this issue and apply it to race (NOT Just blacks and whites) and you will find the results are exactly what the genetic hypothesis would predict.
I am skeptical of the 99 IQ of blacks adopted by whites. I do know that blacks adopted into white families have lower IQ's than their white siblings. I also know that bottom rung socioeconomic whites have a higher average IQ than the top rung socioeconomic blacks.
The same is true with SAT scores and all other aptitude tests. They can't design (they have literally tried) a general cognitive test that africans can score as well as other races on.
How can the PC mafia explain this?
The empirical evidence based on IQ testing as well as other standardized aptitude tests (as well as common sense, when you look at the world, ie crime, economic development, etc) is 100% on my side.
Another poorly understood fact is that populations change over time do to differential breeding. We all understand this happened historically, but few realize the process is still going on. In other words, the real way to raise the quality of a population is to create a scenario where the most intelligent are the most reproductively successful, and the less intelligent have a low rate of reproduction.
Unfortunately, american blacks (and to a lesser extent whites) are suffering from the opposite problem. Highly intelligent black women are less likely to reproduce and have less children than the very bottom of the black population. Abortion, amazingly, only makes the problem worse, as intelligent black women are more likely to abort their children, while the lowest of the low blacks (perhaps looking forward to "the check") are more likely to carry their children to term.
As someone else mentioned, this is not really just a black white issue, or even a white white issue. Within the group of people we call white, there are actually a number of sub-ethnic groups that have statistically different mental aptitudes (and i am not just talking about the obvious one, being Jewish IQ. There are others as well). The PC mafia also dislikes looking beyond the convenient, "black white" issue because it further damages their fake-knowledge cartel.
As for why the elites lie and say "everyone is equal" well, its simple: The egalitarian myth serves their interests. Cheep labor and subservient votes is pretty much all the elites need from the rest of the population, after all.
They are scared to death that if Joe-sixpack understood the truth, there would be a race war (or at least affirmative action would be overturned) and their goal of a multi-cultural paradise (An ant hill with them on top) would implode. So I guess they concoct these lies and spread them in public schools and media with, "the best of intents."
Am I a racist? I don't hate anyone. I think everyone has a right to live with whatever dignity they can create for themselves. What PC mafia drones choose to call realists such as myself is really not a concern of mine. Race is a valid biological concept, period. Franz Boaz and all the other cultural anthropologists were absolute, unmitigated frauds and hacks with regards to conducting actual science (as opposed to creating cult-like ideologies, at which they were quite successful).
Why does it matter? Well, as James D. Watson knows, our entire foreign aid policy is based on a lie. As is our "no child left behind" education policy. As is our, "Affirmative action" policy, which actively discriminates against whites in favor of objectively unqualified blacks. (If you do not believe me, I suggest you look at black dropout rates at elite graduate schools relative to their board scores, which by the way are usually several hundred points below non-black students at the same school)
This issue matters because it is driving destructive policy, it has nothing to do with the PC mafia's ultimate "bogyman" of racism and "hate". (Yea, im really pissed off that north asians have higher average IQ scores than whites..." Give me a break, the PC Mafia is once again a JOKE.)

All these things you mention have to be invented before they can be taught. Asian and European peoples invented ALL of these things independently.

-Sub Saharan Africans never invented a written language? How could they go to school if mighty Whitey had not been there to teach them they exist?
-Their cultures have no concept of mathematics beyond very basic integer counting (with a very limited upper bounds)
-Their languages are relatively speaking nearly devoid of words that are used to explain or label any form of advanced conceptual knowledge? Even BASIC conceptual knowledge in many cases?
-Never invented even the basics of technology, such as the wheel?

Of course this is true, some people are born smarter than others genetically but i dont think it has anything to do with race. The reason why people from africa would score lower on westernised IQ tests is obvious. It doesnt do them a hell of a lot of good trying to learn our skills when a large portion of them will never see a computer, or have any need for anything besides basic mathematics (by basic mathematics i mean whoever caught the food gets to eat) in their lifetime.
What if IQ tests were based on being able to find water or food in a desert? And what you could or could not eat that will poison you.... You really think some metro sexual feminine dude from New York who works in finance and tweeses his eye brows is gonna beat a guy who has been living in the middle of the sahara his whole life?
