You say this despite the blue wave was induced by promises made in regards the Mooooller investigation, an almost two year hoax by the time the House was elected. No my answer is the base is actually bigger and more diverse based on my observation of new you tube influencers since Trump won. At the same time there are no new Never Trumpers based on we always used to hear about them and now hear of them no mote (the Republican party now belongs to Trump) So there are fewer Never Trumpers per total size of the base. I'm not saying any of those idiots like what's-his-name senator-failed-candidate have changed their bigoted minds, but meanwhile many minds have changed in favor of Trump due to the unreasonable smears and political hypocrisy for four years. Finally, the base will be more enthused than ever.

I agree this will backfire as Trumps base stays as enthused as ever, and even adds a few believers from the official and unofficial #walkaway and #blexit movements (and what Kanye is doing). As Trump's base will be less afraid to come out and vote this becomes more certain. The only way the Democrats can win is to steal it, hence the mail out/in ballots and all the shenanigans going with that.

Actually Libertarians by many measures are the fastest growing party in the U.S. Behind them are most likely independent voters.

I am talking most recent growth rates in membership, as a percentage, to account for the difference in time periods the respective parties gained popularity.

The Socialist Democrats can be considered Communist because of their reparations and 90% corporate tax rate rhetoric, among other things. I have not included the Green Party or any of the other Socialist Partys.

All the support Bernie Sanders received in the primaries versus Hilary and Biden, which people were behind it and what would you say their favorite economic system is? Remember Bernies platform? Bernie almost took down both Hillary and Biden, before some “Special” moves were made by Hilary and the Democratic Party.

One thing is for certain, The Socialists have been gaining ground versus the Libertarians recently in voting power and maybe even in relative difference of total political offices held. To be clear, the Libertarians still hold more total offices, including local, state, and national. But not for long if trends continue.
