That's a tough one. Canada's dependency ratio is rising, but that does not answer the question--some of those folks (also considered part of the labor force, as in the US) are retiring. So, I don't know. One would have to look up pay outs over population growth and factor in inflation.Is Canada also seeing a rise in people on welfare and SS disability. Serious question.
