Ways to buy Gold

I know I can buy GOLD via ETF like GDX or GLD, but these I believe are gold minor stock and can go up and down with the stock market.

Ideal for me would be to buy gold ETF that resembles the raw metal ?

What are MY GOLD options, are the any more ETF that are closer to the raw metal than the stocks that deal in gold ?
