Ways to avoid wash sale rule?

Is theonly way filing tader staus mar to market before april 15? Can you just not trade the first 31, and last 31ays of the year? Are there other wats to avoid wash sale, other than forming an entity?

Wash sale has very little to do with last/first 31 days of year.

Why not? If you don't trade the last 31 days of the year, doesn't that mean you would have no wash sales to worry about when doing your taxes?

forming an entity have nothing to do with wash sales. your(or your entity) filing status makes the difference
