Watching the CNN Ferguson coverage is painful

I usually flip between FOX and CNN. I turned on CNN briefly tonight and Anderson was interviewing two African American pundits. The African American lady was saying how she faces the same risks as the kid who was shot because she is black. The hell you do! You are a professional who likely drives a nice car and lives in a nice neighborhood. A cop will take one look at and you know you are not a threat. On the other, what are cops supposed to do when patrolling crime ridden areas where the criminals are heavily armed. I would challenge any these pundits and race hustlers to strap on a police uniform and see what it is like patrolling some of these rough neighborhoods. Are police too heavy handed sometimes and make mistakes? Of course. But the media act as if the Cops are out patrolling recess at elementary school.

(CNN) -- A jaywalking rarely makes national news, but the arrest of Arizona professor Ersula Ore has done just that.

What began as a walk home from classes at Arizona State University ended with police charging the professor with assault.

The English professor was walking in the middle of a Tempe, Arizona, street one evening last month when a campus police officer stopped her. The incident escalated, and she was handcuffed and landed on the pavement. . . .

Ore explains that she walked in the street to avoid construction.

O'Reilly nailed it on his show, there were 12 million arrests last year, and 420 police shootings, the number is infintesimaly small. Thats 420 total shootings of which most would be justified and less than half are black people. By the time you break the number down their might be a half a dozen unwarranted black shootings by cops per year, You are almost as likely to be struck by lightning. Meanwhile 12 people will be shot and killed by black gangsters in Chicago this weekend alone.

I'm damned curious how many of these "protestors," have jobs?? I would believe it would be difficult for one to have a job "protesting" (i.e., stealing, stabbing other blacks, raping, robbing, dealing crack in the open, shitting on the sidewalk, etc., in the name of protest) I woke up thirsty, and while putting away a glass of water, plus turning on Fox News broadcasting live at 2:00 AM, wonder "wouldn't it be rather difficult to stay out all night 'protesting,' if a person has to be at work at 8:00 AM? And how do the all day protestors hold a job? They obviously don't work day shift. I can't imagine they could work midnights then protest all day. And how could they work an evening shift if they protest all day, then need to be ready, and at work by 3:00-4:00 PM? Those of us with common sense know no one could hold a job, and do what "these people" are doing.

So let's add it up: We the taxpayer are UNWILLINGLY being forced to fund OUR government's out of control handing blacks in America damned near everything under the sun, more and more, decade after decade. They don't work because they don't have to. In addition to the $ they already cost we the people, they also drain even more tax dollars by committing the crimes they commit. To add insult to injury, federal, state, county, and local tax dollars are now being spent to stop the same people who just so happen to live off of the taxpayers dollars...

I did not imply that black professionals were immuned from being stopped by police, just that they do not have the same risks as getting shot by Police as a black person (or any other race for that matter) that presents the perception of being a threat. As MAX E. Pad mentioned, the threat of being shot by a cop is extremely small.

Statistics wouldn't be much of a comfort.

Point is, would the "cop" have treated this woman in this way if she had been white? No way of knowing, but something to ponder.

We're all seeing the consequences of "giving too much to too many"... has created all kinds of injustice and hazards.

The government recognized the hazard of allowing politicians to campaign close to voting places and outlawed it. Some candidates used to give people money as the entered the polling place. Others gave them a shot of whiskey for the promise of their vote (this eventually resulted in the selling of liquor on election day being banned for a time).

What our government does now to secure the vote of the parasite class is the same thing... ON STEROIDS!! One big difference.... in the old days, politicians paid for votes/whiskey out of their own pocket. Now they pay for it with taxpayer $$$.

American politics... corruption at its finest.
