Watched a Bernie campaign rally last night

He's a radical socialist. He means to turn America on it's head and prosecute the rich. It's really an economic revolution he's after. Some of his points are totally correct (largest abuser of welfare is walmart). But his policies will only chase the rich out of America. They won't sit here and let Bernie take 90 percent of their wealth so he can give it back to Americans. That's a pipe dream. Same with the transaction tax. Speculators will just move to another bourse outside America. This is all half baked crap that doesn't work and ruins countries. It's radical tho. Like extreme. He's not in it to raise taxes five of ten percent. This is a chi guerra style revolution to Bernie. He wants an economic revolution. Not amend a few pages of the tax code.

Btw. Bernie and trump are mirror image candidates. They're both unscripted populists who are true to their parties ideology on both economic and social policies. Bernie is a true liberal in that he's a pure socialist. And trump is a true conservative who wants to bring back jobs and maintain capitalism. They're both outsiders who are totally off the Corporate agenda. They both represent a radical departure from anything we've seen in the past 30 years

And I would agree he's scapegoating the rich the same way hitler scapegoated the Jews. But he's half right. Just like hitler may have had a point. Just like the allies turned the other cheek and let the nazis continue the holocaust without interference. Just like hitler was time magazine man of the year while they were prosecuting Jews.

The enemy to Bernie is the rich, Fortune 500 and wall street. They are the new social undesirables. And he's right. Wall Street and Fortune 500 have turned America on it's head. But his solutions are wrong. The solution is not to do away with capitalism and kill the golden goose. We still need a meritocracy that rewards producers and creates wealth. His solution destroys capitalism and destroys wealth !!!!! The solution is to let banks fail. Let wall street fail. Let capitalism work ! Stop socializing losses. Not socialize profits!!!

He's got the problem right but the solutions wrong. He basically wants to end American capitalism because corporations have shifted their risk to the taxpayer. This is extremely dangerous shit

I've spent most of my life opposing everything Bernie Sanders is running on, but have to admit I kind of like the guy's personal integrity and unwavering commitment to his beliefs. He has some good things to say about campaign finance reform even if you detest everything else. He doesn't style himself as a barrier breaker because he's Jewish. He doesn't snipe back at Hillary. He just stays on message.

He's leading in NH because people in that area know him and like his authenticity. Can he win the general election? Probably not, but it would be a lot of fun to watch him debate Trump.

I did have a good laugh the other day when I read that he honeymooned in the Soviet Union.

Why do you conservatives lie so much?.....

If you're one of the 1.5% of Americans making more than $231,450 a year, your marginal tax rate will go up slightly — money you earn above $231,450 will be taxed at 37% instead of 33%.

If you're one of the 0.6% of Americans making more than $500,000 a year, your marginal rate will go up from 39.6% to 43%. Above $2,000,000 the rate will be 48%, and above $10,000,000 the rate will be 52%. These are tax increases that will only affect the very, very wealthy.

On the other hand, the vast majority of Americans will see significant savings when factoring in tax and healthcare changes under Bernie's plans.

Dude, we have heard it all before. We have been lied to by a socialist for the last 8 years. Why would we accept another 4?
