Something about this seems fishy.
By locking Congress out, the Trump regime isn’t just denying them information that can be used for legislation or evaluating the effectiveness of agencies; they are also cutting off the ability of Congress to act as an agent for constituents who need help navigating the complexity of agencies.
When has Congress ever acted as an agent for it's constituents and not for their own benefit?
It's possible that these freezes are in place to prevent leaks that have the media run with before anything is finalized or ready. Not sure until more comes out about the why...
Corporations routinely do this before massive shakeups of personnel.

The rating is already pathetic (#18) for a leading nation. I get that it may slip from here, but we have a crappy rating because of previous administrations.
