Washington State Housing Market Outlook

So i'm looking to buy a home soon and im interested in what everyone is thinking about the market. Im new to forums so im not really sure how this all works, help would be awesome. Anyways, what are your thoughts about buying a home right now?

Do you think prices will continue to decrease, or are we reaching level ground?

Be sure and also look at whether the house PAYMENTS will increase or decrease. If the house prices go down a little, but interest rates go up a bunch, you could be looking at higher payments. Do a sensitivity analysis.
