I think the primary thread between myself and RCG is that he claims black folk will change and back a Reagan like politician if whites tone their rhetoric.

my observations: 1. Blacks hated Reagan 2. Blacks are gov't dependent and have no interest in fiscal conservatism 3. Blacks make any discussion about spending cuts race issues because they understand the reality, that they need gov't, therefore spending cuts are inseperable from race politics

Dems certainly did create this situation with the creation of the welfare state

So dems causing what?
 
I'd read this book written maybe late 90's or around 2002. The book was about a Puerto Rican life in the nyc. There seem to be quite a bit of jealously of the black community by the Puerto Ricans.

The blacks have been here longer, get better and more freebies are higher up on the list of free goodies. the better free hosuing is avavilble to the black community. \\I was quite surprised.

Stay tuned while the hispanics lobby for parity.

As far as votes go, "whites" get far more handouts than "blacks" do. Under one man one vote the rate doesn't matter.

It's much closer than you imagine. For instance blacks take in only 1 percentage point less in welfare dollars with only 13% of the population

you however are once again ignoring the reality for the sake of your religion, who are the only fiscal conservatives left?

The rates differ, but that does not change the outcome of one man one vote. Entitlement "whites" outnumber entitlement "blacks".
