Not exactly. The GOP is getting ready to oust the Tea Party, or go so centrist that they just leave. Then the GOP will be functional again, and will need to spread it's message of common sense fiscal responsibility. Micheal Steele was in large part responsible for it's ground game in 2010. Maybe they are ready to let him finish that, now.
