Was this Crappiest Week in a Month?

It wasn't bad by any means but my past two months have been pretty big, so comparatively, yes, it was the crappiest week in a month!

The middle of august is normally crap (quiet) with much of the market on holiday..

Last year was a good expection though, because of the Sub Prime blowup hitting the market around that time.

my emini daytrading system lost money almost every single day this week. worse week ever. very strange cause it normally hits 70 percent. hit like 40 percent this week. kinda bummed.

Even though I didn't have a bad week, I did notice that the markets were less correlated than usual (i.e. Nasdaq would be up, while SP500 flat or even down significantly ) that can be tough for a lot of folks who's style requires a strong overall market trend.

IMO, best not to trade much in these kinds of detached markets, they indicate choppage/lack of follow through.
