Was Andover bought out last week?

I am hearing a rumor that Andover inked a deal to be bought out by SunGuard Financial last Weds. Is there any truth to this rumor, and if so, how will this effect the heirarchy at Andover? Any one out there in the know?

I haven't heard this, but I'd love to know if it is true. And if it is, how will affect current and/or potential customers? Good or Bad?

I talked with a guy last week and he mentioned a HUGE merger happening...not specific though...but the was a larger dog at andover...what would sungaurd do with andover?
