Ah, so the Pentagon redistributed money from projects it had already planned to spend on and diverted them to Trump's wall. I see. But Trump didn't steal billions from the Pentagon. Because that is what your video posted was about. And that, is what the bullshit is.

Now, about the redistribution of funds - the Pentagon is able to redistribute funds from any of its projects when it believes there is a clear and present danger to the United States. This is what they are doing in regards to the wall, and you can bitch and moan (and you will, I'm sure) about the perception that the wall isn't a clear and present danger, or that the other 127 projects should get the money, but this is a matter of opinion, and opinion only.

What is problematic is that Congress apportioned those funds for those 127 projects, not for the wall. But the Pentagon is within its rights, and so is Trump, and is following any number of Presidents in the past that have done similar things. You may not like it, I don't like it either. But this isn't "Trump stealing billions from the Pentagon" and this is why people don't trust the media, or you folks on the left. Its about the bullshit narrative.
