Are there any bank-issued (or covered) warrants trading on u.s exchanges or just company-issued warrants? I know they are popular abroad but they seemed to have vanished from the u.s. market. True? If so, why?

When you have a liquid stock option market why would you need a warrant market where issuers have a Biased quote that you can’t short
