Warrant question, help please...

Hi,

I'm looking at a warrant with an "acceleration clause".

It trades at $0.54, spot stock price is $1.04 and the acceleration clause kicks in at $1.64. Expiry date of the warrant is December 2019

What is the max value for the warrant? is it currently under/overvalued?
