EMR was caught embedding the kiddie porn exploit in his own username -> emailed Rennick to state he was hacked -> changed his story and sent Baron a confession using emrglobalmarkets@gmail.com -> next day retracted confession stating that email is not his -> I searched for that email address and found he had used it (email addy) here on another thread.

Wow! Sorry, I haven't read this thread in a while. EMRGLOBAL? Really? Wow. I honestly never would have guessed that. This is the oil and gas guy in San Antonio? Rearden Metals buddy? Surf's buddy? Man. I'm honestly stunned. This guy hardly ever posts on ET though. And he was never all that hateful when he did post. Mostly a braggart from what I remember. Really out of character. I don't know what to say.

Great detective work guys. I never would have guessed it was this guy. I'm really speechless. What I can't figure out is why he sent me the PM. He only sent it to a few people and I have never said anything to him on ET that would piss him off. I rarely if ever posted to the guy. He would pop up occasionally on economics threads about the end of the world and all that stuff, but that's common place on ET. LOL.

Seriously, I don't get why he sent me and Max and several other guys the PM who I don't think he had any beef with. That is the part that confuses me.

tried that and only choice on control panel was to delete java,delet and reinstall,does that have same effect,clean cache?

what windows ?

In xp go to control panel, click java, click general, click delete files, check both boxes, and click ok
