Those photos were extremely disgusting. I have never, ever viewed any child porn in my entire life; actually made me nauseous.

I am still trying to see if they are on my laptop as I use this for my day-job (profession) and anyone viewing same, if it were to pop up unexpectedly, could or might instigate a serious impact on my license even though it it not my "fault." But go try to prove that.

Simply, if I was Baron I would tell the entire forum his member ID name, IP address, ISP and any other personal info involving his time here at ET except for his real name, home address and phone number.

Yet, as soon as he's arrested...I would then reveal here at the forum any public information here in the feedback section involving his arrest, trial and conviction. Thus, if the newspapers used his name...I would reveal that info along with posting direct links the online articles about the arrest, trila and conviction.

I would only remove the information from ET if court-ordered to do so.

That's the only way to send a clear message to other idiots like this person that when you do something like this...you're no longer anonymous. Thus, keeping it behind the scenes serves no purpose what so ever in my opinion.

Great news Baron. This guy is a danger to the public and needs to be put away for a long time. It is bad enough to share this among pedophiles but to subject members of a trading forum to it is the work of a deranged lunatic who is totally unpredictable.

I had a child sitting on my lap at the time I opened a thread and was faced with the vilest photographs. I really want to know who this animal is who forced this upon me and my family.

This is not a vendetta against Joe or you, this is a vendetta against every member of ET for he knows fine well the angry reaction he got from all of us, yet he decided again and again and again to continue to thrust this in front of us against our will.

Strongly agreed because if he's been a member here for awhile...he may have already stated something personal about his identity to another member here at Elitetrader.com that's still on record as a message post or private message to verify (corroborate) other evidence that can be sent to Baron or to our own local authorities for their own investigation.

Simply, keeping his identity private is a shameful response and is the exact same thing these Boy Scouts of Canada or the Vatican in Rome were doing with maintaining their own "secret files or evidence" without notifying the public nor parents about those within that were sexually abusing children under the rationale that they were "handling the issue".

Worst case scenario...what if he's been "sharing" child porn with other ET members that wanted to see such. Thus, keeping his identity secret could be also keeping the identity secret involving others here at ET that are part of his sick network.

Yeah, but I am sure this f*ck has been monitoring this thread in r/t anyway. IP addresses are not ambiguous and I think that we are entitled to know considering the fact that we've been inundated with child porn on a trading forum.

As WRB stated; it's important to know his PM and posting history under his "trading" nick as he has had ample time to destroy evidence.

There is no legal issue of libel as you cannot libel an anon internet alias.
