Did these messages link to the same place and did they come from different usernames registered on ET but from the same IP address as that belonging to EMRGLOBAL? If that is the case then there really isn't much of a defence that can be made.

YES.

Here's some more circumstantial evidence. Just today our resident DJ removed that pic (the one I posted) from his Facebook page. What a coincidence.

Haha seriously what a dumbass. He's toasted.

Hey Eric! If you're reading this, I hope you're mentally prepared for the fact there are no little girls where you're going. Just some big dudes ready to pound your ass. Once they figure out what you're in for, they're gonna have you for dinner. They don't like pedos in prison, I hear. Nobody likes pedos. I hope you enjoy your time over there.

Well then, case virtually closed.

It's just bizarre he would use his own account after all the trouble of making other aliases etc. to do the job earlier.

I realize the other aliases were prevented from using the private message mechanism but he could have still used them, or another, newly created alias, to post the Javascript exploit.

If he has enough knowledge to put together the Javascript exploit and get it posted then he would also know how easy it is to right-click->view-source and locate who the culprit is?!! - or just look at the post record in the database!!

It seems like too simple a mistake to make - perhaps he wanted to get caught and/or has some obsessive compulsive disorder that makes him want to post this stuff for no explicable reason.

This guy not defending himself is very telling. Is he still allowed to post?

Yeah, he's been banned, but you know he's reading this thread.

EMR, if you are reading this and have anything you want to say, email traderbill00@gmail.com and if it's ok with Baron i'll repost.

Rennick

I received the following email from a dedicated email address (not gmail or hotmail) with ericross as the front of the address.

"Hi Bill, I have no idea whats going on. I came back and somehow my machine has been hacked. I tried calling and emailing Baron, but he is not returning my messages."

I'm not sure if Baron has a legal reason not to let this guy be able to respond but I would like to see what he has to say in open forum.

Be careful,

I remember very clearly a guy in my town was caught posting child pornography as a "joke" (accordingly to him) as his second excuse when after his first excuse wasn't believed when he said his home computer had been hacked.

The local police authorities and FBI said he had a "network" of buddies he shared child pornography images with along with making frequent trips to one of those countries (e.g. Laos) where foreigners go to because there's LESS risk of being caught.

Anyways, the police begin looking into the backgrounds of just about anyone that the guy commonly socialized with online and in person to determine whom were and were not part of his "network". Yeah, they eventually caught a few others in his network and some had prior arrests and convictions as pedophiles.

Yeah, I do remember the talk around town..."not him...no way...he's such a nice guy". :(

Simply, let his local police authorities and FBI determine his guilt or innocence...don't become part of the investigation because you choose to continue communicating with him.

What would he say? He's been posting daily on his FB account all the while his machine has been hacked? "Location near San Antonio". Baron can quickly inform the forum whether EMRGLOBAL's nick-password was changed. I'd bet anything that it was not.

Wow, that's awesome that he just happened to find this thread when Rennick posted his contact info. Another amazing coincidence.

Anyone can get hit by a keylogger and lose your nick, but this kind of intrusion is virtually impossible. Out of 100 people accused; how many would NOT invoke "being hacked" as a defense?

The Anthony Weiner defense. It's rather sick that we're entertaining this d-bag.
